Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can easily cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse. Once an order is shipped or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled directly, but you may choose to follow our return process upon delivery. 2. Refund Eligibility Refunds are applicable for both prepaid orders (credited back to your original payment method) and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (transferred to your bank account or wallet after a successful return). Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice to qualify for a refund. 3. Refund Processing Time Once your cancellation request or returned item is approved, your refund will be processed promptly. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method or bank account within 5 to 7 business days. 4. Non-Refundable Charges Any shipping fees or return shipping charges borne by the customer (as per our return policy) are non-refundable.
